Registration Papers

I mailed in papers for single dog registration last month and was told they couldn't find me in the system and I needed to give them her pup UKC number , my dumbass didn't right it down before I sent in the puppy application. How can I find out if I'm in the system and if they are working on my paper work . Pkc was back within a week . Someone help because I can't get an answer out of UKC representatives
