Question for UKC

Since there is a big back up on getting papers back because of the virus, can a person hunt a dog in a hunt after he has sent the paperwork in?
People don’t want wait 6 months to hunt them

The dog is still the previous owners till the papers are processed. If you got an easy entry card go for it !!
