Pup training
I have a 13 month old English female out of TREE SLAMMIN DANOxBLACK RIVER FRECKLES that I showed a few caged coon from 5 months old to about 10 months old and she hated them. I got a older GRNITECH for a pup trainer that is about as accurate as they come and gets as deep as she has to. My pup was hanging around my feet the first few times I took her hunting with my older dog and one night she flipped a switch and was treeing right along with her. Since then she has ran some tough tracks with the older dog and trees with her and stays on the tree. Lately she has been hanging around my feet again when I turn them loose, but as soon as my older dog opens up on a track shes gets in there as fast as she can and gets on track with her. I wanted to see if y’all had any tips on getting her more interested to get in the woods from the start. Thx.
Start hunting her by herself some , or on your first drop leave her in the box let ur old dog hunt she want like that an should want go on next drop lol
