Garmin problem

Trying to link up with a buddy of mines collar but it says


This collar ID conflicts with handheld transmission ID would you like to stop transmitting! Yes or no

It sounds like the Collar ID and your handheld ID are the same. I would tell it yes and the collar should hook up. It might disconnect your handheld from another handheld if you have one attached. You should just have to hood them up again.

If you get the collar on and there is interference with the handheld.. You can always go in and change the collar ID manually.

The simplest way is have your buddy to go in manually and change his ID number. Take about 30 seconds or less. Then you just add the collar.
