Rule/Policy Change

Why is it that UKC will not allow any type of name change after a dog has been bred or won something. I get not changing the dogs name. But not being able to change the dogs Kennel Name/Ownership status is just WRONG and not consistent with modern thinking and methods. Even people are tracked by a number.

EXAMPLE: wobble head kennels Big Bobby wins something or sires/has a litter and
You purchase him/her. Ycan never change it to your own kennel name

Am I the only one that thinks this makes no sense. Afterall they assign every registered pup/dog a UKC number that they could track them with. So why not let new owners register the dog to their kennel. They certainly require new owners register the dog in their name.
How do we mortals go about getting this changed

When the kennel name is included in the dog's name then to change the kennel name is changing part of the dog's name which is why we don't allow it.
