Clarification of 7F

I know that after 10 minutes of walking you can call time out when walking to split trees if all dogs are declared treed. What if all dogs are treed on the same tree? Can you call time out after walking 10 minutes if all dogs are treed on the same tree? This happened on the first drop of a cast the other night. The cast had to walk a long ways around to be able to cross a creek to get to where all the dogs were treed on the same tree. Would 7F be able to be applied in this scenario?

No it's only to go between split trees.
