Have to brag

so i have to brag a little bit on Tractor Supply/Retriever brand

i was hit by hurricane michael, but was lucky enough not to have any severe damage to the house. my dog pens fared pretty well, but the high winds coupled with the debris tore up the canvas tops on my kennels.

i contacted customer service (via email) to find out if they would sell me 2 of just the canvas covers for the kennel tops for my retriever lodge (5x10) kennels, rather than me having to buy the entire top since the framing was untouched. they forwarded me to a Product Manager- Animal Division. he told me he couldn't sell just the canvas top but offered to get me 2 straight from the factory and ship them to me for free! i received them that friday and my dogs kennels are covered once again. (no more blue tarp!)

i felt like i needed to spread the word because there aren't many places that stand behind their product like that and put forth such excellent customer service. it seems it is especially uncommon in nation wide businesses.

Thanks for sharing your story, it's nice to know that customer service still exists. I will share that story with my local Tractor Supply store, I am sure they will appreciate the kind remarks. Dave
