Question

I bought a dog that’s still on its puppy papers but the previous owner filled out the papers and never sent them in, what do I need to do in order to register the dog in my name?

You need to fill out one of our Affidavit forms, which you can print off our website. You will fill out the Affidavit and send it in along with the puppy papers.
