2019 world hunt moving forward ?

The shift to CW's is becomeing the new normal... in UKC.... at RQE & qualifying slams ......no more top 10 @ RQE.. etc.
WHAT ABOUT at the zones ?
Has the % per zone advanceing been done away with ?
Now all CW's advance out of the zones, is this how it's shifting in 2019 ?

Nothing changes when it comes to advancing dogs from the zones. Same criteria to advance. Only difference at the zones is that all dogs winning a cast will get credit for their cast win, including those that don't advance to the Finals.
