Papers

I recently bought a coonhound from a guy in Georgia I live in Minnesota he says he mailed papers out it's been 3 weeks never received them . He tell me that he is sure he sent them to my address I've asked him to download form to get a duplicate but he won't he said he will send me the easy entry card. I do have a photo of the papers his name and a copy of the receipt for the money he received I would really like the papers what can I do? I also have her ukc number.

If you don't receive the papers he sent you then he would have to fill out the duplicate application and send it to us. We would then issue them another set of papers and they would sign them over to you just as they did the original set.
