What Do I Need To Do?

I have a young dog here that I recently bought, the guy I bought him from had filled out the paper work but never sent them in. How do I go about getting him registered in my name?

You need to fill out one of our Affidavit forms, which you can print off our website. You'll fill out the Affidavit and send it in along with the registration papers.
