Brand new alpha

I got a alpha newer alpha and the battery % won't charge over 90%. The day I got it out of the box it would only charge to 97%. I put it on charge this morning aND now it's only charging to 90%. Anyone else having this problem?

Mine only went to 97% first few times. Now seems to go to 99 every time
