Puppy pappers

My friend has a four year old dog that he never sent in his puppy papers for permanent registration...can he still get that dog registered in his name? Just recently he bred this dog ( male) ...what needs to be done to get these pups registered?
The female that was bred by his male is UKC registered, with everything up to date .

Yes, he can still get the dog registered into his name. He'll need to fill out the papers and send them in with a minimum fee of $49.00.
