Astro 320 and t5 ??

I was hunting the other night and had made three drops on the fourth drop pullout hand held to check on the hound it is still showing her treed 2.5 miles away at the last drop. She finally gets treed and I turn collar off wait a while and turn it back on and still nothing. I question some locale guys and they say to try and update the handheld and collar so I update everything and still not tracking but I am able to turn the lights on the collar on and off with the handheld but will not track I have tried a hard reset on the collar with the same results as doing the update I have deleted the collar and readded it and still nothing it appears that the collar is not communicating with satellites because I never get the double or triple blink of the green light

Check where the black rubber strap connects to the collar and see if it is solid or torn. Sounds like the GPS wire inside is not connected anymore. This is very common and can be sent back to Garmin and they will send you a refurbished collar for around $110.
