I have started almost all breed of pups , but what I am impressed with is how easy the two xbreed pups I am currently starting , I usually like to start night hunting pups around 10 months ( take them during daylight up till then ) . Both of the pups I am hunting turn 10 months the 8th of January and where started on 30th of the Dec. . After only a handful of trips both are always tree (not treeing ,but opening ) and go through the woods like a mad boar rooting up everything . Can't say whether it's the Redbone or Leopard or just the right cross , but it's nice to start hounds that want to hunt and please.

Good deal. I'm not color blind and I like to hear young dogs doing good and people enjoying their hounds.

Good luck with your pups. Hope they finish out well. Keep us posted on their progress.
