Missing Walker in Gibson Co. Indiana

Male walker, black/white with ticking about 40#. Was last seen Sat 11/19 about 3 miles west of Patoka, In. Answers to the name Ripp, has a blue collar with my name on it and a red Garmin collar that quite working evidently.
This is my 10 yr old sons dog and he's crushed his dog is gone. Any help would be appreciated.
