nuese river pride
any info on what type of dog he was
Pride
I have hunted with Pride a few times. he was a nice hound. pride had a high pitched mouth that was very loud and carried a long ways. He was very independent and split treed a lot. He was a big hunting dog and deadly accurate. The only reason he did not make grand is he was in a dog box that got thrown out of a truck twice. Once during a car wreck and another time some one did not have their tailgate up and slung the dog box out because it was not secured in the truck. He was never the same after this happened. Pride was only breed two or three times. The pup I owned off of him was one of the easiest pups I have ever owned to start and has made a top hound. I have hunted with another pup off of a different litter of Prides that is a top hound also.
