Vendor @ Autumn Oaks ???

Does anyone know the vendor that was set up at Autumn Oaks in the big open building as soon as you walked in in the center? I got a leather collar from him that had silver studs on it, and needed to get a couple more,but can't remember the name. Thanks, JK.
