Judge age eligibility ?

Does a person have to be of certain age to judge a cast

RQE's, World Zones and Finals are the only events where the judge is required to be at least 18 years of age. Otherwise, officials should consider their knowledge of the rules and use good judgement when it comes to assigning judges.
