Looking for new hunting boots need suggestions

I an needing a new pair of hunting boots. I have bought a number of boots over the past few years and feel the quality of boots have really dropped. I am looking for a really good water proof boot for hill country. Id like a pair of "Slip on" maybe like u zip up the front, or maybe velcro shut, snap shut etc. I'd like something half way between ankle and knees for height. Im not much for frog legs but open to ideas if there is a really comfortable pair. Please give me some good feed back and where to get them from. thank you!!
