Help with Fed-Ex

Hello,

I'm trying to mail in my registration through fed-ex, from California, but the lady at the front counter said that the zip code did not exist on their system. Is anyone aware of a different zip I can use?

The zip code is correct....49002.....but it may come up in their system as a Portage address instead of Kalamazoo...This is because we are right on the Portage/Kalamazoo border. You can use the Portage address and we should get it with no problem.
