Sportdog Tek1.0LT + E-Collar

Looking into getting a new tracking and training system. I really like the Garmin Alpha, but not the price. Looking for some input on the Sportdog Tek1.0 and E-Collar. Is anyone using this system, if so, lay out the pro's and con's.

Unless it has changed the unit does not feature mapping, thus it will track just like a Garmin but without the added feature of roads, creeks, and other landmarks. The maps are a great feature, especially if hunting unfamiliar territory, and that is why I chose the Garmin.
