Wanten to get a female english dog to cross with my walker raise me a pup or two but I've seen english dogs that both perents were red and some of the pups would come out looken like open spotted walkers with black ,red ,white and some would come out blue I'm wanting a blue english or the walker looken kind but not ready to buy just wondering is a pup that is a blue english a bluetick or a english dog that happens to be blue ?

since Walkers & Blueticks both came out of the English breed,it is not uncommon for an English pup whose sire & dam both were say redticked,to be born blue or Walker colored.It just means that one or both are still carrying that color gene,that's all.There are quite a few good English blue dogs out there at this time.Rory Cowles' Jesse Lee dog for one.He was runner-up World Champion year before last when Larry Wilcox's English dog won it with Top Gun.Good luck in your search.
