Youth needs help getting started

My 13 year old cousin is wanting to get into coon hunting he has recently saved all of his money and baught himself a garmin astro 320 and a color. I told him if he would do that I would help him buy a dog to. He needs a good ol country coon hound that can flat get it done alone rembers he's yiund and needs a good dog. Male or female. Just please help me out his birthday is comming up next week and this would be an amAzing surprise for him. Something close here in southen wv.
