jacking the tree?

i have a male dog he likes to jack the tree some is there any methods to stopping it thanks?

dont pet him up on the tree or you can leash him to were his back toes are barely on the ground all jacking a tree is a excited dog tryen to run that track up the tree makes it hard trainen pups with a jacker though with them bouncen around.
