UKC Papers received but have a issue

Hi Russell,
Last week our UKC papers arrived and I am unable to read some of the type set inside. It looks like it typed ontop of wrong fields. Or untop of other words. Anyway I can send these back for a replacement or have you look at it and re-print it possibly?
