single registration question

step 4 on the single registration wants the dogs 3 gen pedigree either hand written in or a photo copy attached. does this mean the permanant registration papers will show the 3 gen pedigree or will it say unknown? this is a treeing walker, also do i need to send in pictures of the dog? both parents are ukc registered and the dog is over 1 yr old. i hope i provided enough info but if not just let me know. thanks.

If both parents are the same breed then your papers should have a 3 generation pedigree.
