Registration ?? for A year old Female

Hope you can help
I just bought a Female Black and tan Coonhound today and they gave me her puppy papers to send in. the problem is she is a year and 1 month old and the puppy papers have not been sent in yet. What do I need to do to get her registered I really like her and would like to have permenent papers on her. Thank you for any help you can give me
