Temp reg number

I would like to sign up for an upcoming trial. Have e-mailed you but as of yet have not recvd a response back. Found this message board and thought I would give it a try.

Since it is getting close to the deadline for entering the trial, which is a pre-registration only trail, I am in a hurry to get a registration number. I understand I can file for a temporary number and then submit the single registration form for the permanent number. If it is so, how can I get a temporary number A.S.A.P so I can enter this trial.
