Registered papers

I recently received a dog from a friend of mine who could not keep her. Anyways, she is registered, but her papers have been misplaced. How can i begin to obtain this information on her? Is there a database that keeps ever dog on file?

Duplicate papers are issued only to the registered owner on our records. If the registered owner and the current owner are not the same, than the current owner needs to ask the registered owner to request the duplicate. When the registered owner receives it, it can be signed over to the current owner. You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you haven't already.
