Temporary listing number..HELP!

Hi All! Just joined the group.
I have a friend who wants to show her unregistered dog at an obedience trial on Sunday. This is Fri at 6pm, UKC offices are closed. Does anyone know if it is possible for her to show on Sunday and call for her temporary number on Monday? If so, how does she write her reg # on the forms?
