Siberian Husky single reg's closed?

I read that the American Eskimo single registrations are closed for the breed and was wondering about the siberian husky breed.

Siberians are not closed. The dog must be registered with an acknowledged registry, AKC Canadian Kennel Club, or any FCI club.
