Single Registrations of a Beagle Pup

My brother In-law bought a AKC registered beagle and wants to single register her with UKC. You have two diffrent application forms on the web site, one a Single Registration and another a Hunting Beagle registration form. Which one does he use? She is only about 3 months old. Also do you require a photo copy of her AKC papers? I was told you did.

If he will be hunting her, he should be using the Hunting Beagle single application, if not - the other. Thank you.
