Need some ideas..

We have a 1 year old who were working with.. He trails, trees, and doesn't have too much of a problem getting into the water.. but we can't really get him to vocalize when he trees... Which is a big issue... I will take any help i can get!!! please throw any ideas you have out here!! thanks
