Registration Questions

I currently have an American Pitt Bull who is registered through ADBA. I do not believe he has any UKC dogs in his pedigree but he does have AKC (American Staffordshire Terriers) on his pedigree, but AKC does not acknowledge American Pitt Bulls. Can we register him through UKC? Thanks
