registration papers

i bought an american pit bull terrior from california and a breeder who lived there. i live in orlando, fl. i received 'hef' from delta without any papers. and now i can not find the breeder or locate its papers. my dog is the son of juan gotty pit line... can you please help me, its time to breed and i need the papers for a stud fee.
