i sent puppy papers in yesterday i messed up on the first letter in the name and tried not to cross it out and just scooted over to the next space and i sent a letter telling what happened and what the dogs name is do you think i will have to fill out an affadavit?

Your papers will be reviewed once they arrive here and a determination will be made at that time. I wouldn't want to guess as to whether or not you would need to do an Affidavit without seeing the papers. Once we get the papers, we will send you a letter with an Affidavit if we need you to do that.
