Exporting UKC registered dogs

If a dog registered with the UKC is exported to a FCI country, will the FCI accept the UKC registration? Will the new owner be able to transfer the registration to the FCI? I would appreciate your input on this. You can either post it to this board or email me at lundehund@metrocast.net

Currently FCI doesn't recognize the UKC. We are working on recognition but it's a tough go.
