dog slictrees help.
i have a english gip that is 4. she has tree a bunch of coons but want to stop shot now. how can i help her stop.
Rockinblue:
I think that it has somewhat to do with a confidence problem. About the same as some dogs will not stay on thier trees.
Hank was not wanting to stick his tree for a while. He would have won numerouse Nite Hunts, if it were for the fact that he'd come off his tree if he wasnt sure of himself. Well, come to find out from his previous owner, he had never had any coons shot out to him. Well, lo & behold, we start shooting coons out to him, he starts sticking his tree.
Next thing we know, he wins a 1st in a hunt.
Do you shoot any coons out to her? If so, how many?
