Registration

My boy has a B&T male born 04/04/09 and we filled out the papers in his name , before we could send them out , we packed them up and moved , I have found them , but they are dated June 1st of 2009 and our old address is on the papers , same thing on his Application for Performance Nomination.
What will it cost us to send these off this week and how do we change the address and telephone number ???
And do we send both applications in the same envolope?

You will need to complete an Affidavit form to change the address. This form can be downloaded from our website. If the dog is over a year of age, the registration fees will be $36.00 plus a $15.00 Affidavit fee. Plus the cost for the nomination, and those fees are listed on the application for the permanent nomination. Yes, you can send everything in together. In fact, you can put all of the fees on 1 check or money order.
