Affidavit Question

I have recieved a pup from a friend and his wife has already filled out the pup papers. the question i have is whos name do i put down as the seller his or the breeder, when i fill out the affidavit paper. Thanks in advance..Uncle Don

Put down the name of the person you got the dog from, even if it's different than the name on the front of the papers. This will not be a problem.
