UKC hunt in Forest Mississippi

I had to work today but my family took my dogs to a hunt in Mississippi.
My son Austin hunted Pontiac in the champion class. Pontiac has lost two champion casts hunts to tiebreakers.Today he was alone and only had to tree.He did.But he left the tree and got minused.Only the second time he has ever left the tree in competition. He did tree two more times but they could not find a squirrel. He was on fire hunting like a champion Wednesday. But today he was horrible.Probably will not ever be grand ch.

Anthony Graff hunted Palin. Plus 100,minus 100,circle 100. Her opponent had minus 100. But no positive points so no placement.

Alex hunted Seeker. He got plus points and a second place win.He now has 50 points toward sqch.Seeker is 7 months old.

Pontiac did get his third bench win toward grand bench champion and Seeker got his second bench show win.

Not a great day but not bad either. They had fun.
The people are great and the land is FLAT!

thanks

We had a good time too. I hunted with pontiac as the judge and guide. I had a good time. Austin is nice young man. The whole crew was a stand out. They must really love it to drive that far. Austin couldn't get over how flat it was. I told him he should go down to the delta and see how flat it is down there.
