Can i get a program for my astro that gives you turn by turn directions like the one you put in your car. and how much does the long range ant help

Long range adds a couple of miles to the range. i picked up 3.5 miles with the Garmin Long range and 2.5 with the folding antenna and a little over a mile with the rubber antenna.
