Question about a Question...??

If a cast member places a question on the card and later withdraws, does the MOH/ Panel still have to hear the question? If the question makes no difference in cast placement after the withdrawl, does that make any difference? Thanks, Cory.

You can withdraw from the cast and still have your question heard. Or if the handler with draws and goes home, then I guess you don't need to present the question. The question can be heard without reguard to how it affects or doesn't affect the outcome of the cast. If the MOH recieves a card with a question on it, he will most likely want to know what the question was.
