Squirrel season is in here in NC

and my son is doing quite well after 2 days...so does anyone have some recipes for us to try out?

I assume I can soak the meat in salt water overnight or is there another reccomendation.

boil them 1st before you try anything ..then i just salt pepper and roll in seafood breader and fry or you can put them on the grill with bacon wraped around them and that's good 2..
