i sent in my pup papers for my dog about 2 weeks ago.....his birthday was a week later and i was wondering if i sent in his pup papers two weeks ago and it hasnt got proccessed will i have to pay the extra fee? and also wondering how long it normally takes to get the papers back.

As long as it was post-marked before the dog's birthday you will not have to pay an extra fee.
