At what age can you register a pups pup?

My 8 month old pup got my 1 year old female.

You can register the litter with us, just include a signed statement with the application stating that you have verified that these dogs are the Sire & Dam of the litter and you would agree to DNA testing at your expense if the question ever comes up. Then sign & date the statement and include the statement with the litter application.
