QUESTION For Russel??

Hello, I just purchased a 16 month old male dog. I was told that He had 25 points towards show champion. His UKC # is U973-191. My ? is can I change this dog's registered name or does it need to remain the same as it is on his papers now. Thank you for your timely response.

This dog is not a Champion and it has not produced any litters with us so yes, you can change the dog's name.
