If a dog has earned his NT. CH. but still registered to the previous owner can the dogs name be changed to the new kennel when re registered? Thanks.

Once a dog has earned a title, or once they have produced a litter, we will not change any part of the dog's name from that point on. We will change the owner on record to the new owner's name, however the dog's name would not change.
