Permanent Registration Certificate in bad condition

I just got my Permanent Registration Certificate in the mail, and both the envelope and the Certificate are all wrinkled. In it, there was a notice saying that there was a problem with the printing manufacturer and that the Seven Generation Pedigree I was also going to recieve could not be sent - if the pedigree will be coming in a tube, I was wondering if I could get another Permanent Registration Certificate.

To get another Registration Certificate, you'll have to return the one you have to us, along with a signed statement telling us this was the condition of the Certificate when you received it. Include the envelope that you received the Certificate in, if you still have it. Tell us when you received the papers. Send everything in the envelope back to us, to the attention of our Corrections Department.
